Piranha Advertising Inc Launches Its Newest 42 Inch Screen 3D Technology
Lauderhill, FL (PRWEB) January 6, 2005
Following the recent introductions of the Piranha 3DÂ? and the Piranha Depth 3DÂ?, Piranha Advertising Inc (PAI) continues to stretch the boundaries of 3D technology with today’s debut of its first widescreen, high-resolution, 42-inch true 3D flat panel Â?Piranha MAX 3DÂ?Â? (PM3DÂ?).
Piranha’s new Max 3D, with integrated NTSC tuner and stereo speakers, feature ultra slim cabinetry and a chic, frame-like design, making them picture-perfect for viewing in high traffic areas, such as stadiums, shopping centers and exhibition halls. The PM3DÂ? system, projects 3D images about 3 and a half to 4 feet away from the screen, giving the viewer a true 3D experience without the silly glasses.
“Piranha’s plasma 3D products represent the future of display technology for the broadcast and Advertising industry and are extremely effective for users seeking video and computer 3D animated display solutions in a light-weight, space-saving format,” said Steve McLean, COO for Piranha Advertising Inc. “Our products offer a virtually limitless number of opportunities for Advertisers seeking new and more effective marketing solutions.”
The new flat-panel PM3D utilizes a pixel-by-pixel conversion system, resulting in precise, detailed images regardless of the video source. This exclusive technology automatically identifies the characteristics (film, video, mpeg etc) and resolution (480i, 480p, 720p, or 1080i) of the video content and instantly reproduces accurate, sharp 3D images. Proving that not all 3D screens are created equal, the new sets display crisp, stable picture images without video noise even when connected with non-HD video sources.
In addition, with Piranha’s 3D Conversion SystemÂ? technology, the sets deliver an outstanding 3D cinematic viewing experience by automatically detecting and minimizing motion artifacts caused when 24 frame-per-second films is transferred to 30 frame-per-second video.
“We are pleased to bring such an advanced, professional quality product to the consumer market,” said Gia Pino, vice president of marketing for Piranha Advertising Inc. “We were already planning on installing about 30 of the PM3DÂ?s in malls and shopping centers we have contracted across the United States by mid 2005Â? said Pino Â?but thanks to the extremely positive response we have received from advertisers, we expect to easily triple this number by the end of the yearÂ?.
Additional benefits of the PM3D include built-in speakers with Bose Acoustissmass® entertainment Speakers System, a 3D audio effect that deliver plenty of audio. (PAI) will start installing PM3Ds across the US beginning March 15th 2005.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 13, 2010
Go2Productions USA (Go2ProductionsUSA.com), an experience 3D animation and stereoscopic animation production company, will be hosting an Open House at their offices on the Miracle Mile in Los Angeles on Friday, February 23, 2010.
This “Invitation Only” event will be an opportunity for advertising agencies, marketing executives and accredited attendees from the 2010 CES show in Las Vegas to see some of the 3D animation and stereoscopic animation Go2Productions USA has produced, discuss unique creative ideas for agency clients, and preview a television screen that does not require the viewer to wear 3D glasses to see steroscopic 3D effects.
“We were very surprised to see all the major TV manufacturers starting out with TV’s that require special glasses when it is so clear the maximum acceptance level by consumers will happen when the screen does not require 3D glasses. The screen we are previewing at our Open House is nothing short of incredible and does not require 3D glasses. When produced correctly, the content comes several feet out of the screen. This gives it tremendous appeal to venues wishing to add a lot of excitement for its visitors such as Casinos, Hotels, Bowling Alleys and companies who want a ton of foot traffic through their booth at trade shows,” says Mike Bremner, Senior Vice President of Go2Productions USA.
“There are a lot of companies who can produce nice 3D graphics but, it takes a special skill and mind set to produce good 3D Stereoscopic content and stand out from the rest. This Open House will help Marketing Leaders and Ad Agencies see that and also come away with some good ideas for their clients,” Bremner continues.
For more information about the event and how to be placed on the guest list, contact Go2Productions USA at their offices on the Miracle Mile in Los Angeles at 323.286.1695.

More 3d Glasses Press Releases
3D Cinema Advertising Campaign by Samsung
Samsung Electronics America, Inc., a market leader and award-winning innovator in consumer electronics, will be the first electronics company in the U.S. to launch a 3D cinema advertising campaign to highlight the wonder of Samsung’s new 3D LED TV.
Global media agency network Starcom MediaVest Group developed the media plan for the new 3D cinema marketing effort on behalf of Samsung, working in collaboration with NCM Media Networks, a leading integrated media company reaching U.S. consumers in movie theaters, online and through mobile technology.
Premiering on April 2, 2010, and running through July, Samsung’s new 3D TV cinema campaign will be seen nationwide prior to several highly-anticipated 3D films in select movie theaters in the NCM Cinema Network – the nation’s largest digital in-theater network comprised of theaters owned by AMC Entertainment Inc., Cinemark Holdings, Inc., Regal Entertainment Group and other leading exhibitors across the U.S.
To showcase Samsung’s cutting-edge 3D cinema advertising creative, NCM will integrate unique new 3D elements into its FirstLook digital entertainment and advertising pre-feature program to coincide with the campaign launch. Designed with the audience in mind, NCM’s FirstLook provides a high-quality entertainment experience for patrons and an engaging marketing platform for advertisers.
“We believe that the best way to generate excitement for our cutting-edge 3D TVs is by presenting them in the most engaging 3D environment that exists today – the cinema,” said Peggy Ang, vice president of marketing communications at Samsung Electronics America. “Samsung is the leading innovator in 3D TV technology and it is only natural that we be the electronics industry forerunner in 3D advertising as well.”
Samsung’s new :30 second 3D spot, entitled “Wonder-full,” was created by Leo Burnett and an elite production crew, including the Oscar-winning director of photography, Mauro Fiore, to bring the wonder of the 3D experience to life. Asking, “Ever wonder how amazing it would be to experience life in another dimension?” the spot introduces audiences to a new dimension in TV – the Samsung 3D LED TV. The wonder of Samsung is illustrated using the latest 3D digital cinema technology, which has captivated moviegoers across the globe. The 3D cinema spot is part of a new holistic marketing platform, called “Dedicated to Wonder,” that speaks to the pride and passion Samsung has in creating moments of Wonder when consumers use Samsung products.
“Samsung has long been an innovator in cinema advertising, so working together with them on the launch of their first 3D campaign was a great opportunity,” said Cliff Marks, NCM Media Networks’ president of sales and marketing. “While 3D is just the latest arrow in the quiver for marketers to use to engage movie audiences, it will be exciting to see how exceptional brands like Samsung continue to evolve creatively in our larger-than-life medium.”
